Management upholds freedom of association by all staff and effectively recognise the right to collective bargaining. We fight to eliminate all forms of forced and compulsory labour and discrimination. We do not tolerate child labour in any part of our business. We place the highest priority on protecting our people at work and fostering their health and wellbeing. This is achieved by integrating health and safety and prevention of work-related injuries into all aspects of the cocoa business. Whiles encouraging the use and diffusion of environmentally friendly practices in the cocoa sector, management have undertaken several initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility.
